Growing up in a family of dedicated lawyers, Albany attorney Samuel Warner learned the value of hands-on service and advocacy from an early age. Sam is passionate about using the law to transform honest, hard-working people’s lives for the better.
For this reason, there is no better feeling for Sam than helping his clients get awarded Social Security disability benefits, and assisting them with obtaining fresh financial starts through bankruptcy discharges and loan modifications.
Sam graduated from SUNY Albany in 2007. He clerked for the Hon. Robert E. Littlefield, Chief Bankruptcy Court Judge, and the Hon. Lawrence E. Kahn, Senior US District Court Judge, in Albany, NY, before receiving his law degree from Albany Law School in 2012. Sam has extensively practiced Social Security disability and bankruptcy law all over New York State and Federal Court.
Sam enjoys reading, exercising, martial arts, and spending time with his wife and daughter in his free time.
